Maintenance/looking after the rented apartments

If you have already rented out your apartment and want to receive some of our services and various packages, m² Rent will be ready to cooperate. The resident can receive an additional benefit and service, which is tailored to the needs and interests of the owner. The cost of this service is 3% of the rent amount. 

These are the services included in the standard package:

m² assistance
- In case of various household or technical problems, the tenant’s contact person will be m² employee. 
Technical support
- If any of the equipment breaks or is damaged, the technician will go to the site and will identify the problem. 
- The technician will help in problem solution for relevant remuneration, if requested 
Monitoring of the apartment condition
- m² representative will regularly check the condition of the apartment via telephone communication or on site visit. 
► m² guest card as a gift
- The tenant will receive a discount card for m² partner stores (appliances or furniture).
• Cleaning service after the expiry of the rental agreement. 

Premium package is subject to different tariffs and other services are added to the above-mentioned offer, particularly:

Technical support and problem solution
- Professional repairing of equipment if there is a technical failure or damage 
General cleaning if requested
- Chemical cleaning/disinfection of the apartment, if needed.
